Of all the components we supply to you, we offer a free RMA period of one month on shipment date, if you can find any quality defects. That is, should any quality defects situation occur, we guarantee to recall the parts we have supplied to you at the original cost of your orders.

All products of the Seller have a guarantee. In the following condition, Pubon is excluded from this guarantee: all products modified or repaired by the Customer or by any unauthorized person, as well as all the products that are subject to a contract of specific assistance and maintenance.

Any return of the product in accordance with the above mentioned guarantee must be applied by the customer from the Seller in the first place. For this purpose, the purchaser shall follow Pubon RMA Policy. The defective product must be turned over in its origin packaging and be accompanied by the return number of the product which has been communicated by the Seller . All the expenses and risks related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the Customer.
