Pubon Electronics will be solely liable for replacing or issuing credit (we commit to recall the parts we have supplied to customers at the original cost of the orders), for any failed product returned within the warranty period or specifically worded in our COC Warranty Letter. We assume no liability for Pubonnents returned after the warranty period expires.
Pubon Electronics reserves the right to refuse credit, or replacement, should we find the materials failed due to misuse, neglect, alteration, improper handling or testing. Customer will be assessed an 8% restocking fee for any goods returned after the warranty period, unless otherwise noted.
